About Me - Who Will Be Your Trainer?
👋 I’m Virág Csenge Demjén, Fitness Instructor, Cross Training Instructor, Spine Trainer and Mobility Trainer.
Virág literally means Flower, that’s why I’m using it.😉
Movement has always been part of my life – I’ve been doing sports for 18 years, and besides the ART’s trainer programs I also earned a degree in early childhood education at ELTE (both schools are in Budapest).
🏃 I started with folk dance, then swimming, ballet, 4 years of Shaolin kung fu, yoga, mobility, ballet, contemporary dance, women’s self-defense, long-distance running (half marathon), functional training and cross training all became part of my journey.
🏋️ For several years I’m maintaining small-group cross training sessions and mobility in a Budapest gym “offline”, and I also offer several online programs – including the one you’re reading about now. 😉

While classic stretching focuses mainly on increasing muscle length and flexibility, mobility is much more complex:
- Increasing joint range of motion – so you become not just more flexible, but more mobile
- Improving stability and control – so you’re not just reaching positions but can hold them
- Relaxation and strengthening at the same time – because flexibility without strength doesn’t help you control your movements
Mobility is active movement that helps you move easier and pain-free, both in sports and everyday life.
If you’ve been feeling “rusty,” mobility will be your secret weapon!
Yes, you will need a few tools, BUT you can start the program without them and get them later! I can still tire you out without equipment. 🙂
