Basic Provisions
1.1. For matters not regulated in these Terms, as well as for the interpretation of these Terms, Hungarian law shall prevail. The mandatory provisions of the applicable legislation apply to the parties without specific stipulation.
1.2. The Service Provider reserves all rights concerning the website, its elements, displayed content, and its distribution. Downloading, electronic storage, processing, or sale of the content or any part thereof is prohibited without the Service Provider’s written consent.
1.3. The website and all copyrighted works displayed on it are protected by copyright. Copying, distributing, forwarding, or selling them is prohibited.
1.4. Availability
The range of purchasable products and services is constantly available, as these are online products. The displayed products are online items. Prices do not include VAT, as our business is exempt under the small business exemption (alanyi adómentes). They also do not include delivery costs (as no delivery is required).
1.7. The Service Provider clearly displays the name, description, and an image of each product or service. Images on product pages may differ from reality and sometimes serve as illustrations.
1.8. If a promotional price is introduced, the Service Provider fully informs Users about the duration of the promotion.

4. Ordering Process
The prices displayed for services include the legally required tax (in this case, 0% VAT due to exemption).
If the Service Provider displays an incorrect price for a service despite due diligence, and the displayed price significantly differs from the generally accepted market price, the Service Provider is not obligated to provide the service at the incorrect price. Instead, the Service Provider must offer the possibility of purchasing at the correct price in the order confirmation. If the customer does not accept this option, they are entitled to unilaterally withdraw from the contract.

5. Order Procedure
- By clicking the “Try it!” button on the Main Page, your responses are automatically submitted. We request your last name, first name, and email address. You may also add comments or additional information.
- When filling out the application (subscription) form, you must provide your contact and billing information and accept the Privacy Policy and the General Terms and Conditions.
- After the first free week, once you finalize and successfully transfer the fee for the training program, you will receive an automatic email confirmation containing your order details. After processing your order (within 8 days), our invoicing system (Billingo) sends the invoice to your provided email address. Each order is identifiable by a unique order number.
6. Registration
If you would like to try the program, during your first application you must provide the necessary information, including your name, billing address, email address, and phone number. Before finalizing your registration, you must accept the registration conditions. The system sends a confirmation email.
By providing their email address, users consent to the Service Provider sending technical messages. Registered data will be deleted upon request. For security reasons, deletion requests are only valid if confirmed by email by the user, preventing accidental or malicious deletion of someone else’s registration.
Each email address can only be registered once.
Registration carries no obligations.
7. Payment Method

The total amount payable includes all costs according to the order summary and confirmation email. The invoice is sent electronically to the email address provided during registration within 8 days after the transfer.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer acknowledges that they may not exercise their right of withdrawal or termination after the full performance of the service if the Service Provider has completed the service in full.
9. Warranty
No warranty claim can be made for free services.
10. Money-Back Guarantee
For one-time purchases of workout programs and training camps, the cancellation and refund policies are regulated within the description of the specific program. Therefore, the General Terms and Conditions do not include a money-back guarantee for these services.
Refund requests may be submitted in writing electronically to info@flowerthetrainer.com. The written request must include the minimum necessary information for identification and refund: the email address used for the subscription (as identifier), the Consumer’s name, and the bank account details required for the refund.
11. Complaint Handling
The Service Provider must record complaints in writing at the contact address listed among the Service Provider details and store them for five years along with the response. The Service Provider must examine complaints within 30 days of receipt and provide a substantive response. If the complaint is rejected, the reason must be provided in writing.
Miscellaneous Provisions
The Parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes arising from this contract amicably. If no agreement can be reached, the Parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Pesti Központi Kerületi Bíróság or the Fővárosi Törvényszék, depending on the value of the case.
